Przemysław Kowalski is Project Leader and former President of the Management Board at CASE – Center for Social and Economic Research, Warsaw, Poland. Prior to joining CASE in 2018, he worked at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) where his research since 2002 included quantitative and qualitative assessments of trade and other structural policy reforms, and various specialised topics in trade, investment and competition. He has also thought economics at the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom, the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) in France. He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom in 2006, and an MA and an MSc in economics from the University of Sussex and the University of Warsaw, respectively.
